Has anyone ever disassembled one of these and replaced the bearing? The bear for the pulley sounds kinda rough and being as how I am replacing the other ones, I would like to do this one as well. Any idea on how to take it apart? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Can you post a picture of it? IIRC there are like three screws on the top that you can loosen and then the assembly slides apart. Then the bearings are pressed in the pulley. :headscrat I've only seen pictures of them, never taken one apart myself. I think maybe the shaft presses out of the bottom housing then once the top screws are removed it slides out of the pulley.

Just use caution prying, pressing or pulling on that pulley, they can be kinda fragile.

The bearing has a press fit on its inner race around the shaft and a slightly looser fit on the outer race where the bearings fit into the pulley. I started by pressing the shaft out of the pulley which pushed out one of the bearings. Once the shaft was out, one of the bearings stayed in the pulley. I found a long bolt a little bigger than the diameter of the inner race of the bearing and used it to press it out from the other end.
