Slow website

Has GJ been running slow for others lately? Just wondering, as a I only notice it on this site. It's taking a while to upload or download. Serious lag time with replying or even opening up a page. I've noticed it happening a few times for the last few days.

Dunno - took 30 seconds or so just to load when I hit my GJ bookmark this morning... Seems fine now though...

Yea, it's been slow lately on and off. Must be lots of traffic at certain times...

It's probably getting "spidered" by search engines. GJ stuff ranks in google for the same search terms almost immediately.

I've noticed it slows down between midnight and 1:00am...or maybe its me.

On my end it slows down around 8:30 in the morning. Sometimes it may take 3 or 4 minutes to load a page and I have Roadrunner. I don't know how long it acts up for because I go to the garage, but by the time I open up the computer in the garage and get things warmed up, it seems to be fine. BTW...I'm on wireless in the garage.

Mine has been slow, from about 8:15 AM to about 8:30 AM. I just look at something else while whatever computer stuff does comes back to full blast!

There's a few times it's been a little slow. Is Ryan still moving stuff from one server to the next ?

The WTF picture thread has been taking ages to load for about the last 2 days. Always came up no problem before, same with peoples avatars.

May be something to do with the server change.
