Can you guys recommend me a small compressor, less noise? I usually pump air for my tires and that's pretty much it. It helps when you got like 6 cars. Thanks.

Oil lubrication is a must, for being less noisy. I would also get a small 220volt model. But that's me, you can get a 110v , that will be good for tires only. Plus a bit more. But I believe the 220 models have more choices for quiet, generally speaking. No real reason for it that I can see, it just seems to work out that way. Now I'm a used compressor fan. Mostly because of quality vs. price. With the added bonus of hearing it run. Lotta good deals out there, and because there so easy and cheap to service, can't go very far wrong. But for tires only, what about an inflator?

I thought we were goin for less noise? All of those choices will rattle your brain when you're standing in the same area they're running In. They do have small ,oiled compressors. My opinion is they're over priced. Why not buy a nice quiet used unit? Seventy five, or so outta do it.
