Small barn demo for New 40x36 (Flooring help needed)

I been lurking for a while love the site!
I am building a 40x36 14' post construction eta Oct 10...
I attached some photos from my Demo site from the weekend

I would like to acid stain my floor asap before I get my garage full of cars and projects...I need help finding good price high gloss top coat that will hold up over time...Any ones input would be great..also seen something about cherry wax??
