For a crack near a control joint that will see point loads from jack stands and a Quick Jack, you want a structural epoxy patch rather than a cement-based filler. Cement patches tend to re-crack under concentrated loads.

Since your floor has old paint or epoxy, you would want to grind or mechanically roughen the area first so the patch bonds to clean concrete. The product cures much stronger than the surrounding slab and works well for older concrete.
