Could be easy or could be the biggest PITA. Is the shaft size the same? Is the bolt pattern the same. The first site you listed shows an engine that they recommend as a replacement, is that one too much $$?

Do not even waste your time swapping in some sort of clone garbage engine like that. As far as a small engine swaps go... nobody here is going to be able to tell you any specifics. You have to research for yourself the mounting pattern, crank size, crank centerline from base, overall dimensions, throttle and choke hookups. That will answer your major questions. Fix the engine you have or buy a good used engine (which will probably still outlast a new duraclone ching-chong whatever engine 5 times over).
