Find a heating contractor that may be willing to sell a takeout furnace. With the tax incentives there are people removing perfectly good furnaces for high efficiency units.
A friend of mine got an almost new furnace from a house which had flood damage in the basement. It was free and only sat in an inch of water for less than a day.

That is what I am planning to do. I thought about after I posted the message. But it would hurt to see what kind of advice everyone has.
