Greetings, everyone!
I currently have what I would describe as a small-footprint 2-car garage attached to my house. The house -- a single-story 2-bedroom ranch style -- is shared by myself and my wife -- and we are in need of some more space. One of the ideas percolating in my head is to put a small addition on to the side of the existing garage -- essentially stitching on another 9-10 feet (like a one-car garage) on the outer side of the existing garage. I am not a pro, but I have pretty substantial DIY skills. Having said that, an actual addition of any kind is new territory for me, and while looking for ideas on the internet......I stumbled upon this forum. By the nature of the threads I have already perused, this looks like a very good place for me to learn, ask questions, and hopefully be able to contribute as well.
