My daughter's photo booth trailer has six small led lights that now flash once and go out. These are from Amazon that the builder used. Resto is four years old. The trailer has a switch and a remote, didn't see any reset on the controller? Would a dead remote battery have anything to do with it?

Lights are probably bad or going bad. LED's will do some funny things when they start to die.

Hoping new led's will fix this without having to change wiring in the paneled ceiling! Nope!

If all the lights are blinking my wild guess is the lights are powered by one power supply somewhere and that is the problem.
The power supply could have failed or it is overloaded because it has to many LEDs connected to it. I like to have the power supply rated for 30% more than the load.

Looks like the wall adapter is either no longer putting out the right voltage/current or that controller is toast.
You can replace the power adapter with one of good quality (make sure the rating & polarity is the same) and/or buy a replacement controller to test.

Ignore me I didn't notice the controller, was thinking these were line voltage.
I have seen LEDs hooked up to remote switches blink when off because the remote switch doesn't connect to the neutral. It was made to pass a small current to power itself through the switched leg it could do this with incandescent lights as it was a low enough current not to heat the filament up. LEDs don' allow the current to pass like an incandescent bulb does and it will build up high enough voltage to turn the light on briefly then the voltage drops back down and the light turns off.
