I salvaged this blower out of a microwave oven. It's the perfect size for a project I have in mind. Not sure how to wire it. I assume it needs a small capacitor and the one in the picture (I think it's a capacitor) came from the same microwave. There was a larger capacitor but I beleive it was for the magnetron. I'd be grateful for any help wiring this. Multi-speed would be nice but not absolutely necessary.20180525_125903.jpg

The wiring diagram is right there. It shows which wires the cap goes to and the blue common wire and the two wires to select high or low speed. The cap in the picture matches the specs on the wiring diagram.

Or is it a trick question?

Red and yellow go to each side of the capacitor.

Blue goes to neutral

Black or white goes to hot, depending on which speed you want. You could use a SPDT (single pole double throw) switch to have either high or low with the flick of a switch.
