Small old cinder block organization help???

If I post some pictures of the shop would y'all be kind and help me on how I can organize it better? My father is somewhat a hoarder so some of the stuff cant be "junk"

This is true...
I saw one guy ask how his wiring job looked (as in asking if it was correct) and several people told him it looked like **** and he should have hired an electrician
Most DIYers are DIYers because we either cant afford to hire professionals or see it as a waste of money because we can research how to do it and figure it out...
