good morning,

This is a longshot. Below is a photo of a small roller for a map-type filing cabinet. It is extremely rough. That is, this bearing does not allow the drawer to open or close easily.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I might source another one of these? Unfortunately, the file cabinet has no sign of whom manufactured it.

Thanks

Is the rubber tire part bonded to a steel cylinder that presses over the actual bearing? If so, and you can't find them assembled, you may be able to press it off and onto a new bearing. The bearing itself is likely a standard industrial one.
You may need to make a press fitting.

I reinstalled it. Will need to go out to the place to get some measurements.

I’ve not seen these around. But maybe they are more common than I thought.

reverse image found this.

For $10 I might roll the dice and hope it fits when you get there

If it is just the bearing have you tried oiling it ? Spray some WD40 in it and work it back and forth.
Once you've used the wd-40 to clean the gunk out, consider using a real lubricant for long term.

it’s got a small Phillips head screw on the other side. I was unsuccessful in trying to loosen it. It feels chunky enough that I believe one of the bearings is split. I will check it out in more detail next time. I’m up there. I’m hesitant to destroy it. Inspecting it because it’s functioning though poorly. One option is to leave it in there and just grease that slide so it slides instead of rolls.

The pic of a True Drawer Roller 832135 that I found shows a bearing that's completely unshielded on one side. if the OP's is like that then it very well may have have crud in the bearing that could be rinsed out.

Well this is Garage Journal, so I would just grab some delrin or HDPE plastic, a bearing, and some stock. A few hours on the lathe and boom - I have recreated your $20 drawer roller for only a few hundred dollars of my time!
