Small safety modification to HF hoist trolley

With a 1 ton electric hoist, the trolley wants to cant to one side due to the weight of the motor. It will lift the wheels enough to jump off track to the low side. It can't fall, but it binds and won't roll well. If it is centered unloaded, then it will tilt when loaded. I made a small mod by installing a lower axle and two bearings with a sleeve, a piece of conduit, in between. There is clearance to the bearings when unloaded, maybe an 1/8".
