I built this 24 x 28 shop in 1980. 12 ‘ ceiling 12” floor, monolithic pour. I used to letter lots of big trucks and didn’t want any cracks.
I built it myself, made my own trusses. Took some time but had to build it cheaply as possible.
Last year I added a 7’ x 28 addition on the end. I am now at the limit on my lot. The place ic crammed full. Everything is on wheels out of necessity.
I do a lot of fabrication, woodworking, carved signs, metal fab, and automotive work. Daily Tetris moving equipment and materials

I built a 24 x 28 when I lived in NY. It wasn't tall like yours but it was a good size for 2 cars. Sometimes in the winter, I would put a 3rd car sideways across the front. Nice size, nice shop! Best of luck with it!

Im slowly getting much of my stuff on wheels and really like having that flexibility. Any pictures of projects?

Looks great! I used to have a house with a 40 x 80 garage with 40 x 60 upstairs for my offices on Lake Wequaquet and I think one of the biggest mistakes of my life was selling and moving up to central Mass. I miss that garage and I miss the Cape. I grew up on Craigville Beach in the summers.

Hats off, is that a professional shop or just for your pleasure of tinkering?
At least your carving bench and setup do look like its not only a hobby shop.

Craigville is right down the road from us. We feel lucky to live in this special place.
