Small snap-on boxes

Does anyone know what these might have been used for? the heavy equipment class i'm in is beginning to put them in the scrap pile. I seem to be the only one that knows that they are worth something. There are 4 or 5 of them in different sizes. Or any idea what they are worth? I'd hate to see them get scrapped.

There are some that more valuable than others, I probably have about 10 or so of the Common ones. The Majority of them have a Model Number stamped on them with a Date, I use mine to hold various parts to Pullers/Compression testers etc..

Those are handy little boxes especially for keeping sets together to put in your truck.

ended up getting one for free today!! 1966 KRA-24 with no tray. its pretty rough but works for me. the price was right for sure.
