Small trivia question

I just picked up in trade a small Milwaukee hole saw kit 49-22-4005 with the twist /release arbor. It comes with a 1 1/2" saw that requires an adapter and spacer.
What order does it go in arbor-adapter-spacer-saw or arbor-spacer-adapter-saw?
