A couple years ago I purchased a townhome with the asperation to turn it into a rental. With the down economy, getting married, and a new baby looks like we will be remaining at the residence for a wile longer. whats the sq ft of your garage? looks like you can clear some floor space by using the wall for storage.

I would like to see more detailed pictures of your workbenches if you can. Especially the counter tops. Are they stainless steel?

what is the propane tank hooked up to?
thats a dual head used to generate heat. i use a single head for heat in my 2 car garage. they are cheap & work great =)
Could be worse. Mine is about that size (10 x 18) and is home to the hot water heater, plus washer and dryer. Those three items take up a good amount of real estate in there. Just got married, kid on the way, I'll be in my tiny garage a while longer too!

what's that thing on the wall next to the heater, is it a fire sprinkler riser?
looks like it, can see the flow switch from the back.
