Anyone ever take apart a Redline Smoke Pro and clean it?

I have the Matco version that I got off craigslist a few years ago. Would like to remove the old fluid and clean it. Curious if anyone has done.

Not really. It makes smoke well, but the flow meter sticks. They are separate directions on cleaning, which I have done, but wondering if the previous owner used something other than the redline solution that may be thicker.

Thought I'd try and give it a good cleaning and see if the flow meter works.
