Snap on 1/4 drive inch lb. torque wrench

I have up for sale a snap on 1/4 drive inch pound torque wrench. i have owned this since new and have taken good care of it. Never been dropped or used as a breaker bar and was always unwound after use. It does have a few scuffs on it but nothing major. I only have the bottom half of the case as I cut off the top so I had easy access to it in the drawer, its just easier to get to than having to open up the case with dirty hands. Yes, it has a Nm conversion scale. Goes from 4 to 22 Nm.
