I was hoping someone with this set could tell me the part number that is on the plastic tray.

Good luck. Tried to get a new plastic tray for my 80s and 72, even had a part number for the tray. But my truck guy said they don't have access to replacements.

I just know with the part number I will have a much better chance. Maybe I will get lucky on eBay or something.

Tray is embossed PAK430463. I'm pretty sure you don't care about this, but the printed paperboard that goes around the tray is PAK256020. Hope that helps.

I have called Snap-on customer service, given them a PAKTY... tray part number and they sent me one free of charge. This was one of the small gray trays for the 4 pc pick or screwdriver sets. Worth a shot.

I might just give that a try. I have two SO extension sets that need new trays.

I'm wondering if the current set that has a gray tray has a different part number. Anyone with one of those sets?

I have a tray from a 3/8" extension set. I don't remember how many pieces it holds. I'll look. If it's the right one you can have it.

As my dealer breaks up sets to sell or warranty single pieces he ends up with new empty trays which he sets out for us to take if we need them. If you have a dealer you might put a bug in his ear for a couple.
