Here's a nice set of hard to find S/O weatherheads, no peeling chrome, not abused, they do have light engravings on them. Part nos are: FD120, 140, 160, 180, 220 and 240.

fyi these are discontinued and snap on dealers are always looking for them. they usually fetcha pretty penny on ebay.

hope this isn't a hi-jacking of this thread (don't mean to do that), but why did Snap On discontinue them? not enough demand for them?

probably no demand for em.

ive been working on construction eq for 25 years, i have 2 or 3 of em i bought for one job. i was installing centralized grease systems on several vibratory rollers, access to the rear pins for thr steering cylinders was non- existant. these sockets were the only way to be able to tighten the adapter fittings into the cylinder.

I use the smaller ones for the oil filter fittings on Studebaker and Packard V8s. I've got the whole set, but doubt I'll ever go out on Cat service calls again.
