Not locking, I think that one has a button on the shaft.

Not sure, but I don't think the picture and the description quite match up?

I'm interested if the FHLF80 in the picture is the one for sale.

maybe he took the picture exactly at the back of the ratchet so it doesn't show the bend in the handle? but, you're right, it does look like a FHLF80

I checked again its a FHBF-80, Bent handle 80 tooth model, The pic is the actual rachet.
