Snap On 3/8 Ratchet Adapter Question

Looking to buy a used Snap On 3/8 ratchet adapter to use with my beam type torque wrench. I see what looks like the same tool but numbered as F67 and FV67.

Is there a difference between the two? Is one better than the other? Even used these don't usually go for real low dollar, so I want to get the better one if there is a difference.

The FV67 was military issue so there is no warranty.

Fv also makes it of WWII vintage doesn't it?
