Do you ever have problems with it? I find mine wont click unless I tap the head before I start. Maybe its because I wind mine all the way down before storage....

No issues with it at all, I have another that is newer and I have never had that issue with it either.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but thanks for the info. Maybe I shouldnt wind it down anymore...just by the 5 ft lb mark maybe. Cuz mine wont click unless you tap the head against something and my snappy wouldnt do nothing other than send it out at the tune for 100 cash for re calibration....

ozzy, you might try these guys for recal/repair fo your TQ! I think they would be more cost effective. :)

They also have a "buy one get one free" promotion on calibration; until the 31st of August!

Hmm might be a idea, but their price sheet is confusing. It says 60 a hr labor...minimum 30 for adjustment (60 hr labor), but on the other hand it says 21.00 for that type of wrench for calibration.

So don't they adjust while calibrating err...lol Im confused. Maybe I will email them as its cheaper than snappies truck quote. Thanks!

Wrenchr, I think I will have to pass.

After counting all my change out, I have just over $86. I'll let this go to someone else.

Thank you though!
