Snap On 4 ton long frame jack... keeper or import?

Seller says "4 ton, leaking fluid, $200.00"
Is this an import or not enough information/photos?

Looks like mine that I picked up for $100ish a few yeara ago, no leaks! That jack will lift trucks up really high!
