Buy them once, buy them for life. You will never have to buy another pair, nor will your kids.
You could try to find a used pair for cheaper.

looking at completed listings they usually go for 20-45 bucks for brand new looking ones. Not bad.

I have the Blue Point version of that. Works just as good and was around $20.

Just so you know, the dikes you linked to are not a rebrand, they are actually made by Snap-on.

actually it is. Tried alot could not find it.

I have the williams brand which is the same as the blue point ones, but they are not the same as the snap on ones. I will post pictures of my friends snap on ones and my williams one.
