I know what the tool does but can someone tell me how to use it? I thought it was like the other brand (starts with an S name slips my mind) but I can't quite figure it out.

Honestly never used it to push a bushing in a control arm. But used it for several other functions in conjunction with other puller parts.
What are you trying to do?
It just threaded rod with spacers so you can pull something through a hole.

I saw that one but the other one doesn't have all the same parts. It had changed since then.

It is roughly the same.
If you give us an idea of what your trying to do, it would help.
I have a whole twin KRA loaded with tools like the A57Q, it is referenced as my press box.
The tool is very simple, the complexity of the tool is picking the right parts for clearance while pressing.

It not really a best way tool it is spacers and threaded rod. Depending on application you pick what fits.
I would start with a new bushing to see if the direction of pull matters if it has a shoulder it will only go in and out one way.
Also it just like using a press think where you want to direct the force, and follow common sense safety practice. It should start to move after a few turns, make sure your pulling square.
