Hoping someone can answer some questions regarding a compressor that is coming up at Auction:
It is identified as a Snap On and other than the obvious specs I can see: 20 gallon, 4.5 HP and two cylinder oil lubricated I am wondering if this was something they made in house or contracted out. If the latter, who is the actual manufacturer and how old could this be (appears to be Made in USA) Also any idea on what the SCFM rating would be?
From what I have seen, this range of HP and tank size would suit my needs for what I want in a compressor at this stage (air gun, occasional tires and other light automotive needs) but it seems like SCFM can be all over the place.
Also what would be a decent price to bid?
