Must be a good time to send in air tools for repair. They lost both of mine and sent me new replacements for the cost of repairs...:)

I think this falls into into that category of “good” customer service.

Lucky. I called about my impact's issues and they said non-serviceable. I was not too happy to hear that.

SO has flat rate repair on many of their products. I have used it several times and have never got back anything that looked used at all.

I sent in a battery charger that I bought new many years ago. It was something like $90 flat rate repair. The cables had lost their coating in a few places, one switch was busted off, could see the meter because the plastic had faded. It came back looking brand new.

Have also sent off corded reel lights, and much more.

Snap on flat rate repairs air tools. Their ridiculous air tool prices make it worth your while to send in. If you send something in that cannot be repaired, they may offer you a newer rebuilt model. I was offered a PH2050 for the price of the rebuild in return for my PH50E with a cracked housing which I accepted.
