Snap On Aluminum Floor Jack

Is this jack brand new worth $175 without the stands? I've been looking to get an aluminum jack and HF usually has one with a coupon for $69 or so. I just want to make sure it's not just Snap On sticking a label on an ordinary jack. I know snap on is superior quality in tools but never new they made jacks.

they dont make jacks....I'm 99% sure its a re-branded item...

the most important thing is the warranty, how is the warranty on the jack?

I'm fairly happy with my HF one though...

Snap-on doesn't make their own jacks and yes they're just slapping a sticker on there and charging you a premium for it.

Snap on has never had anything to do with Making Jacks, They are just your Normal run of the Mill import Jacks that have been Rebadged and the only Positive to buying from them is the possibility of a Longer Warranty/Service.

Thanks for all of the quick responses. I was pretty sure they were just rebranding it but you never know. I've seen too many good deals slip away when I don't jump on them right away! lol

I thought they were throwing in two bottle jacks for free. Then I realized that they were jack stands, and had the same reaction.
