Snap-On and Allenite(?) Speed handles

More pieces from my dad's stash of rusty tools.........

I forgot I'd already found these and sprayed them with PB Blaster until they freed up. Came across them while organizing my tool box so I thought I'd throw them on here. 1st is a Snap-On K-4. It works well and is smooth now, just needs a good cleaning. The other is an Allenite. Never heard of them before but it's a decent usable tool, not nearly as smooth and comfortable as the Snap-On.

Found the date code on the Snap-on.....

Looks like 1963?

According to this chart and others I've found, mine does not look like the 1944 E. It appears to be the same as the 1963 3.
