Snap On and Mac Tools date codes?

Is anyone familiar with what years/dates correspond to the stamped symbols (snap on) and number/letter combinations (mac) these companies use?

I bought a pretty rough Mac (MB5200) rollaway last week, and it has the same date code as a lot of my Mac hand tools, and that got me wondering.

Just curious.
