Utica 513-7 dual purpose cutter/pliers-nice knurling-tight-sharp cutters!
Tiger-looks like nickel plating-no model #-could have been by S-K/contract-NOT the new imported stuff. Battery pliers w/nice grips/teeth-normal patina for vintage stock pliers.
Take all three pair of pliers for $32.00 delivered to l/48.
