Snap on battery impact gun

I have a snap on 1/2 drive cordless impact gun and after a few seconds it quits working. I let up on the trigger and after a second or two it starts working again for a few more seconds and have to do it all over again. Battery is fully charged

That's where I would start. Even if it's not under warranty, they can help repair or replace it.
