Snap-On bedliner top

I recently purchased my first snap-on box (used) KRA2422. The only issue is the bedliner top was never cleaned, no matter what I try to use it always reverts back to the same state. It has deep dirt/dust imbedded into the cracks, some stains from hydraulic fluid, and some sort of paint/pipe door stuck on it that thinner won’t even remove.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try to clean it? I’ve tried industrial degreaser with a brush, and scotch brite pad.
Also, if I can’t get it cleaned, does anyone know the company/brand snap on uses for the bedliner coating so I can put a coat on it if possible?

Thanks

Pull the top off, blast it with Black Beauty or something else that will aggressively cut through it and respray with Raptor Liner.

Raptor is nigh indestructible and the finish comes out nice and even on your first try. Goof proof. Won't crack or chip. You can put the tops back into service the same day, it cures quickly.

Thanks man, do I have to go that far do you think? I was hoping to be able to just throw a coat over top of everything
