there are a few floating around; ive bought the bogo extension sets several times
like richfinn said, its a hell of a deal when you want to upgrade your stuff

I believe there is a deal going on where you buy the shlf80 and get a free set of instinct screwdrivers. Dont quote me though, my dealer doesn't seem to need any money and MIGHT stop by the shop once a month.

that seems to be a yearly type deal. I have seen it offered twice since last year when I bought mine. THOUGH he did not have the instinct screwdriver set so I asked and payed $25 more for the green hard handle sddx70ag

Does anyone know if the deal where you buy a 3/8" flex head get a 1/4" flex head is still going on? Now that I got paid I can't seem to find the truck, I use to drive buy him a few times a week.

So I finally found my SO man, I waived him down as he was leaving a collision shop.

I was interested in the 3/8" flex head BOGO where you recieved the 1/4" Flex and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about for a few minutes and grabbed the current flyer and flipped through the pages. Then he said "Oh, that must have been last months deal. Right now if you buy the flex head you get a free waterbottle. Then he started to go in detail about the BOGO and only getting 5."

I am pretty sure he was just playing dumb with me from the start but I don't know that for sure, to me it seems like someone would remember that special, it was only 1 month ago.

He also told me he didn't have any used tools so I just asked for his card and maybe I will call him up when I have the itch, maybe not.

You have no idea how many different promo programs Snap-on has going at any given time. Plus, a lot of these promos, the dealers have to order them months in advance so sometimes its hard to remember what the special was on a tool when we receie it.

Anyone picking up the Torx - TL72 - FL80 BOGO and just wanting the Torx drivers, I would happily buy the two ratchets. I would far sooner buy them here than on Ebay. I was kinda wondering why there was a bunch of TL72's available for good pricing right now.
