Anyone know if the FL80 and TL72 are US made? I want to get that set, but only if the ratchets are back to being US made

As far as I know, they have always been made in the US; they just changed the design for a little while and didn't stamp the USA logo. After they started getting complaints, they brought back the USA stamp.

Agreed, that would be great! I spoke with my local SO dealer today and she claimed to know nothing about these deals. She told me it must be something your individual dealers are piecing together. HELP!!!

My SO dealer told me that some of these BOGO deals are done at the different shows/events that SO puts on. So if the dealer doesnt go to them they cant get any of them to sell.

209EFTXBYPK This promo is listed on the website for the same price as truck price so if you want it buy it through the site. Also I believe they have the 17 piece wrench set on the site also.

They have to order them in "lots" so they will sign up for 10 deals or so in one lot. My dealer said last kickoff meeting he was at he bought 20k worth of bogo deals and promos like the ones we have been talking about in this thread. That's 20 grand at his cost, so that's alot of promos.

So these aren't deals that are in the monthly flyer? I haven't seen one of those in like a year, maybe more, so I would have no idea.

She drives one of 3 trucks that one guy owns, so I think she's a bit in the dark on how some of this works as well...

I haven't seen these always in the fliers the flier I got a week ago had buy extension set get a free ratchet. It was the F80 or T72 depending which extensions you bought. So the deals are many but constantly changing. They do seem to rotate because deals I see now I have bought in the past. Still waiting on the pry bar deal that supposedly exsists buy the 4 piece set get the 36 free

I used to love the bogo deals when I worked in the shop. Every month the trucks would have different specials that were hard to resist.

You can just locate any Snap On dealer local to you and call him and ask them for a catalog or what specials they have.

Some of us don't see a driver on. Regular basis.

Then you're probably out of luck unless you're a regular customer

I don't see my driver every week. I haven't seen him for 3 months but I talk to him every few days.

The past few weeks my driver had a 3/8 promo for their upcoming kickoff meeting. SAE or MM 12 or 6pt. You got shallow, mid, and deep sockets, 2 ratchets and extensions for $575. If they were purchased separately it would cost $1475. I can't remember the exact prices but these are close.

My guy has the same deal. It's a good deal for snap on prices. Normally 1 ratchet and 2 sets of sockets are $700. You get 2 ratchets some extensions and 3 sets for $575

I recently got 3/8 deep metric sockets free with a set of shallows. I think it worked out to less than $100/ set which is what I would pay on ebay for the same thing used.
