Have you checked collectingsnapon.com ? You might be able to ID it or get close from some of the photos there.

Ball bearing? Friction slides? Have you pulled out the bottom drawer to read the tag on the bottom inside of the cab?

If it is 33 inches wide it should be a KRA400 Series Roll cab. Ask if it has a roll down aluminum dropfront (Covers the drawers).
