snap-on box, advice needed

Here's what I know....

i bought it used its in ok shape
all drawers open and lock
the measurements for the top box are 21.5 l w x 36.5l x 25.5 h
it has 11 drawers and the top opens
the bottom box is53.5 l x 29.5 w x 45.5 h
$1400

He's had it for sale for a few weeks so the price might be flexible. Anyone know what model this might be?

I asked him to try and find the label but it might not have one (I have a 20+ year old SO bottom-box that's non-BB and there's no label on it either). I'm guessing it's an older model since he doesn't mention ball-bearing slides but having nothing to work on...

Any advice appreciated and accepted....

oh. and if the rails are the friction sliders, can they bu upgraded? It's not that big a deal for some of the lighter drawers but the drawer full of 3/4" and 1.5" impact sockets is a bear to pull open.....

no. i looked into it. $1400 sounds expensive for an all-friction SO box.

no, as in no upgrades?

yeah, I'm not paying 1400 for a friction-slide box. my current SO box was a trade for a 26" craftsman bottom-box. friend wanted a smaller box and so we traded...

what would be a fair price? i'm tempted to call a ocal driver and offer half of what he says...

Top box sounds like a 550 The botttom sounds like a Taco Wagon by the measurements

yeah, i asked for a pic and more info but based on the guys actual description, i'm not holding my breath...

it's like the ad that says:
