Does anyone know when they were first offered? Being a kid that grew up in a farming community, I was in love.

My Snappy guy is supposed to bring by some decals for the door and lower drawer. My car buddies looked at me in disgust when I showed it to them, but it's going to look KILLER next to my 1942 JD model A.

Awesome! I love that green. Gets boring seeing all the boxes in red or black mostly. Even blue seems to show up often.

He came by my house to install the replacement struts on the used box I bought from him a month ago and when he opened the door that box was the first thing I saw. I told him to forget about changing the parts out, just get that box out of the truck and take the other one with him. He just laughed and said o.k.. I was going to get a cover for it till he told me how much. 2 benjamins for a cover? Ouch...........

Wow... as a life long an Oakland A's fan, and an owner of a JD Riding mower, I am very attracted to that box.

If that "donk" thing showed up in my home town they would nudge him over to the combine demo derby field and have their way with it. It would be fun watching him trying to escape. LOL

I know we had at least one Matco, I figured we were bound to have a Snappy dealer on here too.

If you know somebody that can sew they sell John Deere cloth at the fabric stores. Get you some of that and back it with felt and then sew an elastic band around the bottom.
