I dont post much, just been lurking (for many hours each day) for the past 2 years but i have a question for the experts here. Is this a fair deal on this box? And by fair I mean, is it worth trying to recoup the $300 I paid for a harbor freight 44" a month ago and get this?

I'm not a professional wrencher so it will be a home box but I've always done all the work on my vehicles. My father is a mechanic and has always been a snap on guy so I guess i wort of am too.

It is not a screamer, but is over 50% off. I doubt, but if possible to haggle the pawn store down to $500, that is a good price.

I paid 400.00 for one of those, but I also bought all the tools in it for 800.00. That was about 5 years ago. You can find them cheaper every once in a while, but 800.00 would not be a bad price for that one.
Plus, in my experience, pawn shops will almost always deal on boxes.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I dont feel its a great deal myself but I will see if they would take $500 just to ask.

I don't have to replace my box. I just like to look for deals (thanks to this site). I'll just keep looking.
