Went to see this and I couldn't get to the back to see the tag with model and serial number but the dimensions and layout of the lower appear to be that of a KRL7022. I couldn't tell if the side lockers are actual SO or generic boxes with SO stickers because I wasn't able to find any version of them anywhere in the SO catalog or anywhere online.

The condition in my **** opinion is fair, but its all cosmetic. Some scratches on the drawer top and a scuff on the 50"x6" drawer, a ding on the left body guard and some scratches on the bottom of the drawers I guess from closing them while they're overfilled. My thoughts were to compound and polish the heck out of it and get a set of drawer guards to cover the scratches and a drawer front cover to hid the scuff.

Price for the everything, lower, upper and side lockers is $2,600. Allegedly the SO rep is interested in buying it back to resell. Should I be concerned about thing here?

Thanks.

The lockers look like us general.

The price seems pretty fair for a ss top and hutch. They'd be asking 5k in my area.

Looks like typical 7022 to me. I believe someone swapped the bottom two drawer locations on the right bank. Hutch also looks right, lockers don't look like any SO product I've ever seen. Confirm the drawers are 30" deep. If they're only 24, it's a 722.

Cosmetics are a personal thing. If you use these boxes every day to make a living, it basically becomes impossible to keep the perfect. Tools getting caught in drawers, dust/filth, coworker damage, etc.

If that is a 30” deep box, I think that it is a pretty good deal.

Offer a little bit less ($2200-2300), and see if you can get it for $2400.

If you do not like the non-matching side cabinets, look up how much they go for, and sell them for half. I would probably just live with them until a matching Snap-on one fell into my lap.

I would say thats a fair deal, not exactly an “i need to score some crack” kinda deal but totally reasonable. If i bought it i would remove the 2 cabinets and put them elsewhere in the garage. Hopefully they were mounted in a good way and not hung on there with self tapping screws (seen that before). The only other thing about removing them is there may be some marks where they were mounted, but hopefully nothing major.

Good eye on the lockers. I went back over there and were indeed US General. I have no need for them and was planning on selling them so it’s not a deal breaker.

I had a heritage 26" 8 drawer box (no top box) that I think I paid somewhere between $800-1000 through the snap-on student program, few years later I got $700 on trade-in for a bigger box

$2000 is only $705 less than brand new list price on the 26" stack

It's not a **** job, but not the deal of the week either. Fair price, might be able to move the seller some on the price.
