Hi, I just got a old beat up snap on box. Krl 773. It’s a monster and last guy pulled drawers out to move it and messed up several “full extension slides/glides” these have 2 sets of roller bearings on each. About 100 a pair shipped so this could get stupid $ fast. Anyone fix these or found cheaper replacement. Mine are 21.5” closed and 42-43 open. They snap in no screws or spring clips. Thanks in advance

Really has no one replaced snap on tool box slides? Is there a reasonable cost alternative or a dealer with decent price?

Snap on makes a tool to remove the slides from the box chassis , makes it much easier. I believe they are accuride slides, as printed on the side of my slides. I just warranty as needed.

Give them a ring, maybe they have something off the shelf. Or the correct slide themselves less the snap on name.

I have used kitchen cabinet type full extension slides with success ( non snap on box)
you need 1/2" clearance on each side of the drawer( 1" total)
pop riveted in place . you would want 22" slides

All the slides I’ve ever replaced were covered under warranty. All used boxes, SO was completely on board and happy to help.

My dealer has gotten me slides for at least a half dozen boxes over the years.

Just be up front with them.
