Of course! It's red, it rolls, .......

At least you can look at a pic these days. Not like before when you called about an ad in the paper and just had to trust the other person was on the level. See? Saved you half a tank of fuel!:spit:

Even with pictures you can be fooled. I spent a couple hours today going to see a box that was supposed to be chock full of tools. The toolbox was okay, but it was mostly empty with some generic tools that went with it. Guy didn't want to negotiate b/c he had a lot of calls on it. I'm guessing he'll reel someone in on it, but not worth it to me.

$500 to $800 worth of snap on tools would fit in one little drawer of that thing.

Either it is the wrong picture, or that guy is smoking something.

My glass is half empty on a lot of C-list stuff...

Maybe just me , but I read "this stuff is HOT, quick, give me a couple of bucks, and get this chit outa' here"

If it looks/sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

We'll - it wasn't too good to be true - sortof. The same guy had another ad for a black tool box set with tools for $100. I thought the ads had to be a joke, but when I called he sounded legit and gave me his address.

I just spent 2 hrs rummaging through the guy's basement. I bought the black tool boxes and contents (sockets/wrenches/ratchets - Snap On, Craftsmen, Fuller, Stanley, Proto, etc,) a Speedaire air compressor, a wet tile saw, 2 IR impact guns, a number of visegrip clamps, and some other tools. Pictures will follow later.

I've realized I didn't even take pictures of the tool cabinet and box. Some of the tools- wrenches are Craftsman, Stanley, Fuller, Bonney, Indestructo (?). Almost a full set of Gearwrench SAE and Metric sockets - assorted other brands, several Craftsman rachets, Husky ratchet, asst'd extensions, Proto torx sockets, dozens of screwdrivers, some unmarked, drill bits, Excite ratcheting screwdriver, battery post cleaners, Stanely tape, odds and ends.

Edit - just found what this other tool is marked 4681 - OTC 4681 Power Steering Pump and Alternator Tool. The other tool - not sure what it is. Any help appreciated.
