Snap on box

I picked up this older snap on box with Wilton vise mounted on top.
I was told it is an aviation box. Anyone have any info on these? There is also a two door cabinet on the back of the box. It has a hardwood working surface for the top. And no I did not pay anywhere near 2300 for it.....Thank you!

It maybe a taco box (nickname). Couple of questions

1. Does it have drawers on two sides? This is in addition to the back cabinet.
2. If not, does it have a door on one side?

Drawers on one side only. It also has a foot "jack" to keep it from rolling.

Mine has the landing gear stop and the tow hook. When I get off work I will date it and see what kind of slides are used for the drawers. I believe they are friction. I traded for the box and have about 600 bucks in it.

SK Farmer hell yeah I'm stoked. It is very clean and was in a climate controlled shop it's entire life. 3 keys also and always had the.rubber mats in the drawers. I can't decide if I want a top box for it or not.....
