Snap On Caster

Good Afternoon

I have a Snap On KR-657B 1992 toolbox, it was in a van and doesn’t have any wheels. Snap on say they no longer stock castors for it. Unfortunately I’m in the UK and no one seems to stock anything that will bolt straight on.
Does anyone in the UK know how I could go about getting some. I’ve attached pictures of the dimensions.

Also does anyone know if the snap on red is a generic paint as some bits are in need of a paint.

Unless you are doing a restoration of the box, I would find casters on line that have a similar bolt pattern. The paint, same thing. Do you want to touch it up or do a full repaint ?

Yeah ok, and just want to touch up parts of it
