Snap on Chicago no25 spinner set

I have seen it brought up a couple times but still not clear on why some socket boxes are marked snap on Chicago. Here is a 1930 stamped snap on Chicago no25 spinner set from my collection. Every other set I have seen either just has snap on or snap on nut spinner set on it. I had a dealer look at it but he didn't tell me much just kept trying to buy it. It looks worse in picture but most socket have little to no wear. All the way to the right is a lock lug nut remover that was just in box since I got it.

Snap on opened their Kenosha plant in 30, also Motor tool co and Blue Point tool co. were merged in 30. But why Chicago on the boxes, I do not know. It does help with dating the box.

I had hoped you might see this post. Over the last year, whenever reading through the forum to answer vintage snap on questions, you have answered many of the questions.

Are tools from 1930/with this box more uncommon or desired? I only ask because I haven't seen a 1930 catalog.

When I came across this set, I didn't think anything of the Chicago box. What caught my eye was how complete and the condition of it. Picture doesn't really show it but all but the 5/8 socket have virtually no wear or rust and the box has much of the original paint. Coincidentally that 5/8 socket fits that lock lug key.... I think the only thing missing from the set is the t bar for the spinner. Any idea if that t bar would have a logo on it as I did find something similar with no markings in the tool box I bought with this set.

This tools from 30-34 are hard to find, SO almost went bankrupt during the depression, many other good tool co's did.
The T bar is about impossible to find, even in the sets, I have a couple of sets missing the bar too, it is a odd size, like 11/16 so finding a replacement is hard.
If you ever need a piece or two to finish a set, holler at me, I may have it.
They did not make a 30 cat. 29 and 31.
