Snap On Color Help

Scored a nice used SnapOn candy apple red box on marketplace. Looked forever for a top chest ended settling for Homak RS pro. I sanded the top chest and bought some paint match cans on the eagle bay to try and make it close but the color is not even near. These cans were $40/ea The top chest looks like Snap On bright red to me after 2 coats, but then again my bottom kind of looks Cranbury. Do you guys think maybe just bad mix or mislabelled cans? Or possible snap on labelled my bottom box wrong?

That top looks like plain Snap On red to me

Candy apple red and standard snap on red are (obviously) 2 different colors

That could be candy apple red and coming out of a spray can versus sprayed with a gun and not mixed by the same person is what's causing the tint differences. Also the amount of coats can change the color tint as well.

Your lower appears to be more of a cranberry color.
