Snap on compression guage

Thanks for letting me in the door. Today I was digging through a junk shop and found a 1950 snap on compression guage. Appears unused. In the box with instructions, spare rubber ****** and even has the receipt from 1950. It originally cost six bucks! Any idea what I should offer for it?

Compression testers (old school, with the rubber ******) don't go for a lot of money on Ebay.
Even some of the fancy-schmantzy models (with the screw-in hose) languish in the listings for months.
.... and I'm not talkin' "Cal Hawk" cheapo stuff.... but then, if it has "Snap-on" printed on it, there are people for whom price is no object:

Well that settles that. It sold for $76.

I always check ebay when trying to determine the price of something I've come across. And checking the "completed auctions" will give an even more accurate number.
