Snap-on Counselor II Manual as pdf

Does anyone know where I can download a pdf of the instruction manual for the Counselor II MT3000A engine analyzer?
I have a hard copy but I'm slowly shifting to digital. If all else fails, I could scan it and do an OCR so this is not a critical request.
